What You’ll Do

As an AI Workflow Developer, you design, build and optimise the automation backbone of team5pm. You connect tools, data sources, AI services and production systems into scalable workflows that improve speed, quality and consistency.

You don’t build experiments.
You build systems that work in production.

You operate at the intersection of technology, data and creative operations. You collaborate closely with strategy, data analysts, creatives and innovation leadership to translate business needs into reliable, AI-powered workflows.

In short: you are the architect of intelligent automation within team5pm.

Your responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows across departments

• Connect APIs, platforms and internal systems into scalable automation pipelines

• Integrate generative AI services into production and data processes

• Optimise and maintain workflow performance, reliability and security

• Translate business challenges into technical automation solutions

• Document systems and support internal teams in adopting new workflows

• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools that improve operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal AI Workflow Developer:

• Has hands-on experience in workflow automation, integration engineering or similar roles

• Is proficient in Python, JavaScript (Node.js) or comparable languages

• Has experience with automation/orchestration tools (e.g. n8n, Make, Airflow or similar)

• Is comfortable working with APIs, webhooks and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Understands how AI/ML APIs can be integrated into production systems

• Thinks in scalable systems rather than one-off solutions

• Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Is structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented
  

Bonus if you:

• Have experience in creative, marketing or content-driven environments

• Have worked on AI production pipelines or data-driven automation systems

• Enjoy building internal tools that empower non-technical teams
