Booking Manager by SAMY

As Booking Manager, you’ll take the lead on rate negotiations and partnership management for L'Oréal’s top campaigns. Your expertise in KPIs, budgets and building genuine connections will make you the trusted link between L’Oréal, agencies, and content creators. You’ll constantly seek smarter ways to maximize budget and impact, keeping our influencer partnerships efficient and future-ready.

What you'll do

• Negotiate influencer deals based on L'Oréal’s KPIs, rate cards, and industry best practices

• Analyze historical and real-time data to optimize costs and extract maximum value from the budget

• Oversee and control rate cards, annual contracts, and cost benchmarks across all influencer categories

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand teams

• Foster a positive and human connection between L'Oréal brands and the creator community

• Work closely with Account Managers and Executives to ensure campaigns and influencer choices are perfectly aligned

• Conduct analysis to improve ongoing and future campaigns, always looking for ways to do it smarter

• Use tools like Shinebuzz and Traackr to keep benchmarks accurate and industry-driven

What we’re looking for

• You’ve got at least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, booking, or a similar role. So you know the basics and are ready to keep growing!

• You love working in a team and believe collaboration always gets the best results.

• You’re great at networking, negotiating, and building strong relationships. People remember you for all the right reasons.

• You’re proactive and persuasive, always thinking in solutions rather than problems.

• You’ve got a strategic mindset and you know how to get the best deals. Optimizing costs and managing lots of negotiations is totally your thing.

• You really understand the industry, from agencies and influencers to how the whole market works.

• You already know your way around tools like Shinebuzz and Traackr, so you can jump in right away.

• You’re a native Dutch speaker, and you’re fully comfortable in English. If you also speak French, it’s definitely a plus!
