Role mission

As Client Service Director for our dedicated L’Oréal team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping, managing, and expanding our partnership with L’Oréal across the Benelux. You are the trusted advisor and strategic sparring partner for the client, leading a talented team to deliver best-in-class influencer marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the partnership with L’Oréal, driving long-term client success and building a trusted relationship.

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of Benelux influencer marketing campaigns: from briefing and strategy to execution, reporting, and evaluation.

  • Safeguard the strategy, budget, and outcomes of all projects to ensure both client impact and internal profitability.

  • Lead, coach, and empower the dedicated L’Oréal team, inspiring collaboration and high engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and data specialists to develop and deliver innovative, result-driven campaigns.

  • Identify new opportunities to deepen and expand our activities for L’Oréal, proactively growing the partnership.

  • Secure smooth workflows, optimal project management, and internal alignment within the L’Oréal team.

  • Directly manage communication with L’Oréal, maintaining transparency and building strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Analyze campaign results, share actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement for both client and team.

  • Represent SAMY / team5pm during key client meetings, pitches, and partner events.

Skills & experience

  • Inspiring, people-oriented leader: You foster team growth, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated 8+ years experience as a Client Service Director or similar senior role in influencer marketing or brand partnerships.

  • In-depth understanding of influencer marketing landscape, campaign development, and Benelux market dynamics.

  • Strong budget, project, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to translate client ambitions into clear strategy, innovative campaigns, and measurable results.

  • Fluent in English and Dutch (verbal and written); French is a nice to have!

  • Proactive and solution-driven: You anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and tackle challenges head-on.

  • Strong analytical skills: You know how to interpret campaign data, measure success, and focus on results.

  • Excellent communicator: You build trust through transparent, strategic, and client-centric communication.

  • Business-minded: You recognize and pursue opportunities that benefit both the client and team5pm.
