In this position, you will work closely with the Managing Director to operationally lead and further expand the international content studio. Together, you will ensure that through smart processes, innovation, and scalability, we continuously stay ahead in our market. You will develop and improve workflows, smoothly integrate new teams and roles into the operation, provide direction for resource and capacity planning, and contribute to high-quality, efficient execution across the full breadth of our international operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Developing, optimizing, and implementing operational systems, workflows, and planning processes that are ready for international growth. 

• Leading and integrating international teams and new roles – including onboarding, collaboration, and resource management. 

• Taking the lead in innovation: you are always looking for the latest opportunities in the field of automation, forecasting, and AI. 

• Translating strategic goals into concrete actions, where tools, processes, and people are always perfectly aligned. 

• Directing traffic, operations, and data analysis – with an eye for scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What you bring:

• Extensive experience with resource planning, studio operations, and project or process management, preferably in an international creative context. 

• Proven skills in building, optimizing, and scaling operational processes. 

• Innovative and analytical thinking skills and an affinity for AI, automation, and digitalization. 

• Strategically and organizationally strong: you bring structure and oversight and make processes scalable. 

• Proactive, strong communication skills, connecting, and hands-on in a highly dynamic environment. 

• Fluent in English (must); Dutch is a plus.
