What You’ll Do

As a Data Architect, you design and build the structural foundation of our data ecosystem. You ensure that platform data, campaign performance data, search and watch behaviour data and internal operational data are unified, clean and AI-ready.

You don’t just analyse data.
You design how it lives, flows and scales.

You work closely with data analysts, AI workflow developers, strategists and innovation leadership to create structured datasets that power performance loops, automation systems and AI-driven creative decisions.

In short: you build the backbone that makes intelligent content possible.

Your responsibilities

• Design and maintain the overall data architecture across the organisation

• Structure and unify datasets from platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Meta and Google

• Build scalable data models that support AI workflows and automation

• Develop and optimise ETL pipelines and data ingestion processes

• Improve data quality, consistency and governance standards

• Collaborate with AI workflow developers to make datasets AI-compatible

• Define schemas for reusable vertical datasets that enable predictive insights

• Monitor performance, scalability and reliability of data systems

• Document architecture and ensure internal understanding of data structures

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal Data Architect:

• Has strong experience in data engineering or data architecture roles

• Is comfortable designing scalable data models and systems

• Has experience with SQL and modern data stack tools

• Understands cloud environments (GCP, AWS or Azure)

• Has experience with APIs, data pipelines and automation processes

• Thinks structurally and long-term, not just tactically

• Understands how structured data enables AI and automation

• Communicates clearly with both technical and business stakeholders

Bonus if you:

• Have worked in marketing, media or performance-driven environments

• Have experience building AI-ready datasets

• Understand search, viewing behaviour and social performance data

• Have worked with workflow automation systems
