Digital Project Manager - Sprinklr

About the Role

Team5pm Cape Town is building a specialised Sprinklr delivery team as part of a new global partnership. We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager who can take full ownership of Sprinklr implementation projects, from kick-off to close-out. While coordinating across internal teams, markets, and global stakeholders.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, understands the rhythm of agency delivery, and can manage complex, multi-phase projects with confidence.

You don’t need Sprinklr experience yet.  You will go through an intensive onboarding programme to become certified.

What You’ll Do

Project Delivery & Timelines

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Sprinklr onboarding and implementation projects.

• Build timelines, manage milestones, and own weekly project status updates.

• Ensure delivery stays on-scope, on-time, and on-budget.
  

Client Communication & Coordination

• Run client meetings, document decisions, and maintain proactive communication.

• Manage expectations and ensure smooth coordination between markets and teams.
  

Scope & Risk Management

• Interpret Scope of Work (SOW) documents and manage against agreed deliverables.

• Identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and prevent scope creep.
  

Internal Collaboration

• Set up project folders, templates, and documentation standards.

• Coordinate with Implementation Specialists, Insights, Managed Services, and Success teams.

• Lead handover and transition meetings at project close-out.
  

Commercial Awareness

Identify opportunities for additional services and communicate them internally.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 4–8 years experience in digital project management, SaaS onboarding, or MarTech implementation.

• Strong client-facing communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage timelines, risks, and delivery across multiple stakeholders.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident navigating complex workflows.

• Comfortable learning new software and large platforms.
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in enterprise social media tools or CRM systems.

• Agency background or experience working across multiple markets.
  

Familiarity with metadata, tagging, workflow building, or digital operations.
