As a Strategist, you’ll take ownership of shaping multichannel strategies for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Your focus? Combine deep consumer insights, company ambitions, and full-funnel thinking to develop digital solutions that drive results. Whether you’re collaborating with creative minds, influencers, or the data experts at team5pm and L’Oréal, you champion the belief that the smartest campaigns start with data, not just end with it. You connect the dots between insights and execution, always finding new ways to bring brands to life and push boundaries across all digital touchpoints.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement bold, data-driven multichannel strategies that align business objectives, consumer needs, and brand ambitions.

• Turn consumer journeys, market trends, research, and campaign data into clear strategic and creative recommendations.

• Support the analysis of Trend Hacking, Annual Year Management, and CDMO monthly reports, translating insights into actionable opportunities.

• Recommend the right formats, platforms, channels, and media approach to maximise campaign impact.

• Drive strategic alignment across L’Oréal divisions, identifying synergies while protecting each brand’s unique positioning.

• Act as the link between data, creative, media, influencer marketing, and execution teams to deliver cohesive campaign plans.

• Work closely with Account Managers and promotional teams to ensure campaign objectives, priorities, and deliverables are clear.

• Monitor performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and continuously improve campaigns based on results, market trends, and consumer insights.
  

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in digital planning, strategy, media, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or client environment.

• Strong experience in developing data-driven, multichannel campaign strategies.

• Able to translate research, analytics, and consumer insights into practical strategic and creative direction.

• A collaborative communicator who can connect data, creative, media, and account teams around a shared plan.

• Proactive, organised, and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, projects, or teams.

• Passionate about digital marketing, innovation, consumer behaviour, and new strategic approaches.

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English, both written and spoken. French is a plus.
