Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Operations & HR Manager to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and human resources functions for our Nordics office.

  • Manage and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational success

Operations 
In this crucial position, you're the driving force behind achieving our operational goals and maintaining high-quality standards. As Operations Manager, you help us ensure that the operations within the Nordics office (based in Stockholm) run as efficiently as possible. You will be closely working with the Managing Director Nordics and the Operations team in Amsterdam. Ensuring that daily tasks run smoothly. This includes responsibilities such as:

  • Capacity forecasting team
  • Capacity planning for smooth project operations
  • Financial check on project revenue and margin
  • Negotiating with influencers for client projects
  • Check on project progress and project margins

You get to collaborate a lot with the entire team and if you see any improvements, you can implement them right away!

People and Culture 
As a HR manager (but we like to call it People and Culture!), you will contribute to the development of our People & Culture policies in Stockholm and make sure this is run efficiently as possible. 
You are a people person with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact. We are proud of our team5pm culture and you will think along on a tactical and operational level how this can always be implemented within our Nordics office. You will actively participate by taking on administrative HR- and recruitment tasks for the Nordics. But we also like to include you in the cool ongoing projects to make sure you learn as much as possible and contribute to the whole team5pm culture. You will be closely working with the Managing Director Nordics for the HR part as well and the People & Culture team in Amsterdam. 

What are we looking for?

“Houston, we have a problem" isn't in your vocabulary. You have problem-solving skills and you get energy from optimizing and improving processes. You are pro-active and you work in a structured manner and always see opportunities for efficiency improvements. They can’t drive you crazy, you’re optimistic and you love organizing things.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 or 3 years agency experience
  • Great knowledge of English language
  • Fluently Swedish speaking
  • Experience in media production
  • Experience in the field of Operations
  • Experience in the field of Human Resource Management
