In this crucial position, you're the driving force behind achieving our operational goals and maintaining high-quality standards. As Operations Manager, you help us ensure that the operations and administration within the offices in Stockholm and Warsaw run as efficiently as possible. This forecast for resource planning and optimize working processes.

As a HR manager (but we like to call it People and Culture!), you will contribute to the development of our People & Culture policies in Stockholm and Warsaw and make sure this is run efficiently as possible. You are a people person with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact.  We are proud of our team5pm culture and you will think along on a tactical and operational level how this can always be implemented within our Stockholm and Warsaw office. You will actively participate by taking on administrative HR- and recruitment tasks for the Stockholm and Warsaw office. But we also like to include you in the cool ongoing projects to make sure you learn as much as possible and contribute to the whole team5pm culture.

The cool thing about this job is that you get to collaborate a lot with the entire team and if you see any improvements, you can implement them right away!

What are we looking for?

“Houston, we have a problem" isn't in your vocabulary. You have problem-solving skills and you get energy from optimizing and improving processes. You are pro-active and you work in a structured manner and always see opportunities for efficiency improvements. They can’t drive you crazy, you’re optimistic and you love organizing things.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• Minimum of 3 years agency experience

• Great knowledge of English language native in either Swedish or Polish

• Experience in the field of Operations

• Experience in the field of Human Resource Management 

• You speak Swedish (native) or Polish (native) and English fluently.

• You live in Stockholm or Warsaw in the surrounding area
