Are you a passionate Project Manager who enjoys taking charge in planning and organizing awesome projects and campaigns? We're looking for a Project Manager who is fluent in Polish and eager to take on international projects, including work for a leading video streaming service.

As a Project Manager at team5pm you’ll be responsible for:

• Basically, you're the go-to person who keeps everyone in the loop, both inside and outside the project. You make sure they have all the stuff they need to do their job well and that the collaboration between the teams is going well. You're the bridge between what the client wants and what our team delivers, making sure everyone's on the same page.

• You support our Account Manager in making our productions profitable by keeping an eye on the hours and budgets for all projects. You make sure we meet our clients' goals by creating awesome content that really hits the mark.

• You have experience in managing talents for brands. Reaching out to them for projects, signing contracts and give them a great briefing so they can make exceptional content.

• You continuously improve the project: you implement previous learnings and come up with ways to further develop the projects.

• Houston we have a problem is not in your vocabulary. You manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Also: you like to make people feel at home in our cosy office in Warsaw. A small part of your time will be spent on things like organizing office activities and celebrations, cooperating with HQ's office manager, handling food orders, booking trips for creators, dealing with packages and gifts, sourcing materials for shoots, or even buying props for social content.

As our ideal Project Manager Manager you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• 2 years minimum work experience

• You're great at organizing things and always manage to get everything done

• You are structured, communicative, and enjoy interacting with the customer

• You are plugged into the social landscape and creator universe

• Great knowledge of English language

• Fluent in Polish
