Senior Producer at team5pm

• Direct the entire production process from concept to delivery, with a sharp eye on planning, quality and budget.

• Assemble the perfect team for each production—both in-house and freelance—matching people’s skills, ambitions and personal interests.

• Act as the first point of contact when challenges arise, always providing creative, workable solutions (even under time pressure).

• Lead and coach the production team fostering (knowledge) development across the team.

• Keep all stakeholders up to date on progress, both internally and externally.

• Present the production process during client presentations.

• Contribute to optimizing our production workflows by recognizing trends and implementing new features and solutions.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience as a (senior) Producer of online video, across various brands/clients.

• Solid experience in assembling, managing, and coaching (larger) teams on shoot days.

• An entrepreneurial, proactive, hands-on mentality; you’re never afraid to take the lead, and you’re a talent in planning and organization.

• A solution-oriented mindset—you keep the overview and make smart decisions, even in stressful situations.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and native in Swedish

• An up-to-date network of professional video makers.

• Affinity with innovation and an eye for the latest trends in (online) video production.

• You live in the Stockholm area and have a driving license.

• You are available 36-40 hours per week.
