As a creative at team5pm you’ll be responsible for:

As a Social Creative at team5pm Nordics, you lead the creative work for projects, guiding them from start to finish for the client. Your main job is to create ideas for campaigns and social content that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. For big international campaigns, you work with a team of creatives from Norway, Denmark, Poland and the Netherlands. Working closely with our Scandinavian team and various directors, you'll make these ideas come true, ensuring the production of high-quality social content. Your presence on set is very important to keep quality high and handle any unexpected problems that may come up.

As our ideal social creative you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• This is a senior role so we are looking for someone with 5+ years relevant work experience, preferably at an agency.

• You simply GET social Media. You have deep rooted knowledge of social media and understand the possibilities and limitations of each platform.

• Has a super creative mind for original concepts and innovative ideas.

• Is an excellent storyteller who can write well and has a great sense of art direction.

• Gets that working for an agency means convincing clients, so killer presentation skills are a must to sell the idea.

• Knows what is trending on social media and how to play into this with creative campaigns.

• You speak Swedish (native) and English fluently. Understanding Norwegian and/or Danish is a plus.

• Are you available for 32-40 hours per week?

• You live in Stockholm or in the surrounding area
