Role Mission

Do you keep up with social trends and know which creators are making an impact? Join the team and help bring influencer campaigns to life for L’Oréal brands such as NYX, Maybelline, Kérastase and Armani. As an Influencer Marketing Trainee, you’ll learn the ins and outs of influencer marketing in a fast-paced, international agency environment.

What you´ll do

• Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns.

• Research and select creators who match brand identities and campaign goals.

• Assist with influencer outreach, briefings, communication and scheduling.

• Check content, process feedback and collect campaign deliverables.

• Monitor results and contribute to reports and evaluations.

• Spot social, beauty and lifestyle trends and analyse competitors.

• Share fresh ideas in brainstorms and creative meetings.

• Support online and offline activations, events, documentation and administrative tasks.

What we´re looking for

• A third- or fourth-year university or university of applied sciences student, preferably in marketing, communications, media or a related field.

• Availability for 20 weeks, for 32 or 40 hours per week.

• An interest in influencer marketing, social media, content and beauty, and an understanding of the Benelux influencer landscape.

• Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong organisational and communication skills, and an interest in working with data and Excel.

• Fluency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English.

• A proactive, curious team player who enjoys learning and working in a dynamic environme
